Step 1

Review the Requirements

Before applying, please ensure you meet the basic eligibility criteria for the program. These include age, education, identification, and physical capability. Our apprenticeship is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the desire to build a successful career in the sheet metal industry.

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school graduate or GED equivalency with official transcripts. Transcripts must be provided in a sealed envelope from the school or GED provider.
  • Identification: A valid driver’s license and social security card (copies required).
  • Physical Ability: Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the program without posing a threat to the health and safety of themselves or others.
  • Skills: Basic mechanical and math skills, good eye-hand coordination, problem-solving ability, solid reasoning skills, and computer skills.
  • Work Habits: Must have excellent study and work habits, enjoy working with hands, and be reliable and responsible.

Step 2

Gather Your Documents

Prepare all necessary materials to ensure your application is complete. Gathering the required items ahead of time will help streamline the application process and avoid delays in submission.

Documents include:

  • Official high school transcripts (or GED) in a sealed envelope from the provider.
  • A copy of your driver’s license and social security card.
  • (Optional) Additional documents like a resume or certificates.
  • For Veterans: Submit a copy of your DD-214 form.

Step 3

Submit Your Application

Once you’ve gathered all the required documents, you’re ready to complete your application. Simply click the button below to fill out our new online application form. Be sure to upload all necessary documents during the process to ensure your application is complete. After submission, you’ll be placed on the waiting list, and we’ll contact you once positions become available.

Step 4

Mail Your Official Transcript

After completing the online application, remember to have your official high school transcripts sent directly from your school. These must be mailed in a sealed envelope.

Step 5

Wait for Review and Acceptance

All required documents must be completed and turned in within a two-week period. After all required documents are received, you will be accepted into the waiting list of applicants. We will contact you once positions become available. Ensure that you provide accurate contact information to avoid missing any updates. If you miss any part of the process or your application is missing any required documents , you will be disqualified for the waiting list.
